Raymond LeaiaWe had a rat problem in the roof space and I didn't have the courage to go have a look 😄, and it wasn't something I was willing to experiment with going to the hardware store and buy products as I've done in the past dealing with mice. After some research and finding Ratboy and the reviews I decided to go with Jamie (Ratboy) I filled in an online enquiry, got a call and booked his services. Jamie's initial visit and follow up plan worked so well we've had no issues since, its been 3 weeks and the rat anxiety has gone. Jamie is the ultimate professional, a clear communicator who took all the stress and anxiety away along with the rats. Another 5 star rating because his work is truly exceptional. You want those rodents gone? Choose Ratboy now 👍Posted on Google

SHIYU LIJamie from Ratboy was absolutely amazing. We recently had a mouse issue at home and found him online — so glad we did. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He quickly identified the potential entry points and explained everything clearly, which really put us at ease. What impressed me most was that he even went above and beyond by helping us speak with our neighbour and explaining the situation from a professional perspective, so we could get their cooperation. You can tell he genuinely cares about solving the problem properly, not just doing a quick job and leaving. Highly recommend Jamie if you’re dealing with any pest issues — reliable, thorough, and just a really nice person to work with.Load more
